 Application for 1st Time Attendees ONLY

Read this before applying below

How to Apply
  1. Fill out the form below completely. Be complete and include all details. 
  2. Don’t forget to hit the "Submit Application" button when you are done.
  3. After filling out the application form and hitting the "Submit Application" button, immediately pay $139 deposit per the instructions (either via Paypal, Credit Card, or via check)
Your application will not be considered until your deposit is received. Any applicant whose application is not approved will have his deposit refunded.

After That.....
A committee will read your application and check your reference(s). If your application and deposit are accepted, you’ll be notified, and the learning materials (mp3’s and pdf’s) will be made available to you in early April.  If invited, you will occasionally receive pre-event email info. Information will also be provided on the AHB website www.AtlanticHarmonyBrigade.com.  Be sure to keep up to date and reply to email in a timely fashion, if requested.  Most questions can be answered on the website.  A $160 balance will be  payable on arrival in Wilmington.  All rooms are double occupancy and non-smoking.  The Brigade will automatically and randomly assign roommates, unless roommate requests are made, in writing.  If you wish to have a single room, that option will be available for an additional $103 fee. More information on that will be available in the Spring. ​

Withdrawal After Acceptance
The AHB requests that an invitee who realizes—through his own self-evaluation or his sponsor’s—that he will be unable to meet the required level of preparation, voluntarily withdraw himself prior to July 1st and notify the Brigade immediately.  Although an invitee who withdraws himself will forfeit his deposit, he will keep the music and learning materials and will be spared potential disappointment and embarrassment.  More importantly, he will be respecting the time, work, and effort of those who attend the event and are well prepared. Also, there may be a waiting list, and therefore an invitee’s withdrawal may provide an opportunity for another applicant to participate.
