REGISTRATION! 4-6 PM on Friday, August 20. Then dinner and straight to the CONTEST! If you will be late – call me! (Tom Anderson M215-776-1222) Be responsible – don’t leave your contest quartet in the lurch!
EARLY SING-OUT 12 NOON, AUG 20! Come early and participate in quartet sing outs to publicize the show! If you plan to participate in this early sing out program, contact Jim Herrick rjanywhere@hotmail.com , so he can get you on the list! Please wear a colorful Hawaiian shirt for these sing outs!
BALANCE OF YOUR PAYMENT IS DUE on Aug 22 – EVEN IF YOU CANNOT COME. Cash or check (no credit cards). $140.00 in most cases. This is true even if you drop out.
UNIFORMS – Everyone is expected to qualify! Everyone will be in the show! Therefore, everyone needs a show uniform: white shirt – long sleeves. Bright, cheerful, solid color necktie. Everything else – Black (shoes, socks, pants). All other times, dress casually and comfortably.
PHOTOGRAPHERS NEEDED! We need about 5 guys to shoot photos of winners, judges, volunteers, etc. We also need guys who can videotape the show. Contact me: anderbanjo@gmail.com
ATTEND FINAL RUN THROUGHS! The problem with “self-study” is that we aren’t always aware of what we are not “getting”. RTs are the key to finding your Achilles Heel – and fixing it before the Rally! It’s the only way to be sure you are singing 100% - and everyone needs to sing 100%!
BRING A RECORDING DEVICE! If this is your second year, and you wish to become a full member of AHB – you need to make a recording at the Rally.
FINALLY – HAVE FUN!
I’ll see you in Wilmington,
Tom Anderson, President

Holiday Wishes!
Warmest Holiday Greetings to All from the Atlantic Harmony Brigade!
Many of us have been bringing the Holiday Spirit to our communities through our quartets and chorus holiday shows! There is no better way than song to spread good fellowship and the cheer of the season!
During the next several weeks, while we are accepting applications for our 2010 Rally, remember that there is another way to spread fellowship and good cheer: Tell your chorus and quarteting friends about the great experience that goes with being an extreme quarteter! Sponsor the guys you know who are qualified, committed, and who would really enjoy the Brigade Experience!
We wish you all Very Merry Holidays, and a Happy, Healthy, and Prosperous New Year filled with Ringing Chords and the camraderie that comes from over a hundred other guys who you can count on to be fully prepared and provide you with full support for our extreme quarteting hobby - they are all The Guys You Enjoy Singing With!
Seasons Greetings,
Tom Anderson, President
Atlantic Harmony Brigade
